Led the design to create the end-to-end design for the AI-powered transcript feature on a video meeting mobile app.
Live transcription in video calls, powered by deep learning tools, changes how we analyze speech/audio and can make us more productive.
As the lead product designer for this project, I worked closely with the product owner (Dipkin Guglani) in the US to conceptualize the workflow. Furthermore, I partnered with the local project manager (Clare Cheng) and a team of four engineers in Xiamen to implement the solution.

Meetings can be disrupted, making it tough to catch everything.
Communication Challenges during the meeting
During the meeting, participants missed part of the meeting due to some disturbances (technical issues, environmental noise, and personal communication barriers, etc.).
Essential meeting information is lost after it ends
After the meeting, the content of the meeting was also lost, and participants could not trace back what they missed.
